CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order.

Always type 'CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER CHANGE' along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter. Send your e-mail to: shop@encoreclothing.se

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a telephone number that you use during day time, preferably a cellphone number.

You can return an item within 14 days at your own expense. The item have to be un-used, folded and placed in its original polybag and in new condition. After aproval of the returned item we will either change it to requested item or requested size and send it to you freight-free, or if you dont want to replace it with something else from our store, we will refund your money.

If the item is not in new, un-used condition we will not accept the return.
